Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute agreements with: <br />Victor and Rosalia Vivar for the purchase of the residential <br />property located at 1242 Raymar in the amount of $710,000; <br />Abdon Beltran for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 1243 Raymar in the amount of $595,000; <br />J. Jesus Rodriguez for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 716 S. Bristol in the amount of $625,000; <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with <br />Alicia Araujo for the purchase of the residential property located at <br />446 S. Bristol in the amount of $15,000 for a total amount of 565,000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On March 6, 2006 the City Council approved the cooperative agreement <br />between the City and the Orange County Transportation Authority to fund <br />Bristol Street improvements from McFadden Avenue and Pine Street. <br />Improvements include widening of the street from four lanes to six, <br />construction of landscaping in the parkways and the median islands, <br />traffic improvements, drainage structures, sound walls, and other <br />amenities as outlined in the Specific Plan. To accommodate the <br />widening, the acquisition of entire properties, as listed above, are <br />25H-1 <br />
