Amend an Agreement with EIP Associates <br />and Appropriation Adjustment <br />February 20, 2007 <br />Page 3 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The applicant of the project, NDC Development, will deposit the <br />additional amount required for the agreement amendment with the City of <br />Santa Ana, in a special account for the proposed project for 2006-2007 <br />fiscal year. The total appropriation adjustment will increase the <br />anticipated revenue in the special revenue account for the project <br />(account no. 11-O1-5452-113) by $93,682 and increase the Planning and <br />Building Agency expenditure allocation for contractual services by <br />$93,682 (account no. 11-505-6291) for payment to EIP Associates. <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />ay M.
