The car balance will <br />be checked and the governor set. If required, the governor <br />will be re-calibrated and sealed for proper tripping speed. <br /> <br />All tests performe:d on the elevator equipment described herein will be in accordance <br />with the most reccmt ANSI! ASME AI7 Code requirements. Written reports of all tests <br />shall be submitted and reviewed with the owner of the property within thirty (30) days. <br />following completion of all tests. <br /> <br />Check the group dispatching systems and make necessary tests to insure that all circuits <br />and timc settings ;!Ire properly adjusted, and that the system performs as designed and <br />installed on an arrnual basis. <br /> <br />Bi-annual testing of the Fireman's Emergency Service operation will be performed to <br />assure proper ope'tation of the system. <br /> <br />21 of29 <br /> <br />PAGE 22/30 <br />
