<br />(d) Historic Resources Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, <br />two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />(e) Board of Recreation and Parks, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, <br />two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />(f) Cable Television Advisory Board, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, <br />two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />(g) Human Relations Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, <br />twenty-four (24) meetings maximum, annually. <br /> <br />(h) Library Board, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, two (2) meetings <br />maximum per month. <br /> <br />(i) Environmental and Transportation Advisory Committee, fifty dollars <br />($50.00) per meeting, two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />G) Youth Commission, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting for <br />each regular member; ten dollars ($10.00) per meeting for each alternate; one <br />(1) meeting per month, three (3) special meetings maximum per year. An <br />alternate serving in place of a regular member due to regular member's absence <br />shall be compensated at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting. <br />Associate members shall not receive monetary compensation for meeting <br />attendance. <br /> <br />(k) Early Prevention and Intervention Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) <br />per meeting, two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />Section 4. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby declares that it <br />would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase <br />or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that anyone or more sections, subsections, <br />sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 5th day of Februarv. 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-2732 <br />Page 5 ot6 <br />
