<br />(e) Board of Recreation and Parks, fifty dollars ($50.00) per <br />meeting, two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />(f) Human Relations Commission, fifty dollars ($50.00) per <br />meeting, twenty-four (24) meetings maximum, annually. <br /> <br />(g) Library Board, fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting, two (2) <br />meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />(h) Environmental and Transportation Advisory Committee, fifty <br />dollars ($50.00) per meeting, two (2) meetings maximum per <br />month. <br /> <br />(i) Youth Commission, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting <br />for each regular member; ten dollars ($10.00) per meeting <br />for each alternate and associate; one (1) meeting per month, <br />three (3) special meetings maximum per year. An alternate <br />serving in place of a regular member due to regular <br />member's absence shall be compensated at the rate of <br />twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting. <br /> <br />U) Early Prevention and Intervention Commission, fifty dollars <br />($50.00) per meeting, two (2) meetings maximum per month. <br /> <br />Section 4. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision <br />of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, <br />subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that <br />anyone or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases, or portions be <br />declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2007 <br /> <br />Miguel A.
