The bids for the top two firms were <br />opened. <br /> <br />The firm of Harris and Associates submitted a proposal of $57,000. In <br />addition their services will include an analysis of the most recent <br />pavement management system to determine if our assumptions and estimates of <br />our backlog are accurate and an analysis of new emerging pavement <br />technologies that might be utilized to reduce reconstruction and <br />maintenance costs.
