CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />CONTINUED TO <br /> <br />FILE NUMBER <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Public Works <br />Agency to execute the program supplement agreements required by <br />Administering Agency-Federal Master Agreement No. 12-5063R with the State <br />of California Department of Transportation to reimburse the City for <br />federally funded projects. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The City has an existing Administering Agency-Federal Master Agreement <br />No. 12-5063 with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) <br />that was revised on January 12, 2007. This agreement provides for the <br />City to receive reimbursement for federally funded projects.
