Relocation Plan for the Little Minnie Street Project Santa Ana <br />Based upon the available data regarding Project displacees, the permanently <br />displaced households may qualify and may be eligible to apply for relocation <br />benefits under URA provisions. <br />Utility allowance amounts are based upon the standards of the local housing <br />authority for a similar type dwelling unit assuming services include gas, water <br />and electric utilities. <br />Table 7 portrays the benefits determination under the URA: <br />Table 7: Example Computation of URA Rental Assistance Payments <br />1. Old Rent $650 Old Rent, plus Utility Allowance <br />or <br />2. Ability to Pay $700 30% of the Gross Household Income <br />3.
