<br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves and <br />authorizes and empowers the Chief of Police to submit the proposed SLESF <br />expenditure plan to the Supplemental Law Enforcement Oversight Committee and to <br />implement the expenditures set forth therein. <br /> <br />Section 3.
