MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />JULY 19, 1999 <br /> <br />At 5:30 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza, the Clerk of the <br />Council convened and adjourned the meeting to the Police Chief's Conference Room, <br />4th Floor, 60 Civic Center Plaza to begin upon the attainment of a quorum. The meeting <br />was called to order at 5:52 p.m. by Mayor Pulido and immediately recessed to Closed <br />Session. <br /> <br />ATTENDANCE <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS present: <br />MIGUELA.
