<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "0" <br /> <br />Existing Development Regulations <br /> <br />The General Plan land use designation on the site is <br />Professional Administrative Office (PAO). <br /> <br />In accordance with Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 89-5, the <br />p~oject is situated within Professional (P) Zoning District. <br />Pursuant to. the P district standards, the project is within a <br />height exempt area. Building setbacks will be in accordance <br />with Section 41-315 for properties abutting nonresidential <br />purposes. Off-street parking shall be provided in a manner <br />prescribed in Section 41-318. <br /> <br />By General Plan amendment the allowable FAR shall be 1.5:1. <br /> <br />The development of the property shall be based upon the <br />Design and Development Standards of the Planning and <br />Development Services Department, dated May, 1984. <br />
