<br />Amend an Agreement with ElP Associates <br />and Appropriation Adjustment <br />March 19, 2007 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The applicant of the project, NDC Development, will deposit the <br />additional amount required for the agreement amendment with the City of <br />Santa Ana, in a special account for the proposed project for 2006-2007 <br />fiscal year.
