<br />Agreement For Fleet Management Software <br />March 19, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The Santa Ana City Ordinance No. NS-23l2 authorizes the City to purchase <br />against contracts from any public agency utilizing a competitive bid <br />process. The City of Chico contract with Ron Turley Associates, Inc., for <br />Fleet Management Software was awarded as a result of open, competitive <br />bidding, and meets the City's requirements.
