The Planning Commission added <br />two conditions concerning an upgrade to the existing entrance gate and <br />for graffiti removal to the recommended conditions of approval outlined <br />in the attached staff report (Exhibit A) . <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> <br />M.
