<br />jwf: 3/7/07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. <br />2007-014 ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD <br />IMPROVEMENT AND CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />COMMITTEE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. By Resolution 2007-014 the City Council modified Committees <br />of the Council, creating the Development, Transportation, Public Safety and <br />Parks, Recreation, Education and Youth Committees. <br /> <br />B. The City Council seeks to create a fifth committee, the <br />Neighborhood Improvement and Code Enforcement Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2. From and after the date hereof, there shall be, in addition to those <br />committees established by Resolution 2007-014, a Neighborhood Improvement <br />and Code Enforcement Committee. Membership and appointment shall be as <br />provided for all other Council Committees. <br /> <br />Section 3. Except as expressly amended hereby, Resolution 2007-014 shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 2007. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
