4.4 PERMITTED STREET LEVEL BUILDING <br />FRONTAGES <br />A. Appropriate building frontages reinforce a continuous <br />urban street wall defining the street edge and <br />encouraging public-private interaction which results in <br />active pedestrian urban spaces.
