EDINGER AVENUE <br /> <br />Councilmember Sarmiento asked that the minutes for the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency meeting of January 16, 2007 be amended to <br />reflect that he did not abstain from Item NO.4 and should be recorded as <br />an "aye" vote to continue the matter to the February 20, 2007 Agency <br />meeting. <br /> <br />On December 18, 2006, this item was continued at the request of staff to <br />the January 16, 2007, Regular meeting. <br /> <br />On January 16, 2007, this matter was continued to the February 20,2007, <br />Agency Meeting by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Alvarez asked Casey Griffin, Vice President of Logan <br />Asset Management, representing DWWRBB, Inc, if his client was aware of <br />the history of this agreement; Mr. Griffin noted that his client was aware of <br />the history of this issue and was willing to move forward with the <br />assignment of the Agency's Acquisition Agreement. <br /> <br />eRA MINUTES <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 20, 2007 <br />
