Costs <br />for meeting attendance would be billed in accordance with the hourly <br />rates for the personnel involved. <br />Products: <br />• Staff meetings (up to 2) <br />• Public Hearings (up to 4 in addition to the Public Scoping Meeting) <br />Task 8: Project Management and Coordination <br />As the lead consultant, The Planning Center will direct and manage all <br />subconsultants included on the project team, and will act as the primary <br />contact with the City of Santa Ana. Our responsibilities will include: (1) <br />task scheduling and assignment, management of resources, monitoring <br />of costs, and schedule adherence: (2) management and coordination of <br />subconsultants, including contract administration and accounting; <br />(3) consultation and coordination with local and state agencies relative <br />to the environmental document and the environmental review process; <br />(4) coordination and communications with the City's project team to <br />ensure compliance with City policies, procedures and any applicable <br />codes and, where applicable, that such policies and procedures are <br />incorporated into the EIR; (5) ensuring that the environmental review <br />process and the EIR satisfy the statutes and guidelines of CEQA, and the <br />City of Santa Ana CEQA Procedures: (6) representing the Consultant <br />Environmental Impact Report for the Village Green Mixed Use Residential Community THE PLANNING CENTER I Page 2-17 <br />
