3. Statement of Offer <br />The Environmental Impact Report for the Village Green —including <br />the Screencheck Draft EIR, Draft EIR, and Final EIR—will be <br />prepared in accordance with the scope of work, schedule, and <br />terms and conditions presented in this proposal. <br />The scope of work and budget are subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />► Preparation of the EIR in accordance with the work program outlined <br />in this proposal. <br />► The screencheck Draft EIR fee and Final EIR budget will be subject <br />to review and modification if additional work is reQuired and/or costs <br />are incurred as a result of any of the following: <br />• Completion of the Draft EIR is extended more than 60 days <br />beyond the schedule presented in the proposal (or alternative <br />schedule agreed upon with the City at contract execution) for <br />reasons beyond the control of The Planning Center; <br />• Information developed during the refinement of the Initial Study <br />and scoping process reQuires the scope of work to be modified; <br />or <br />o Modifications are made to the project by the City or the Client, <br />subsectuent to the approval of the contract, which necessitate <br />making substantial and material changes in the EIR analysis, text, <br />tables, maps, or figures. <br />► The proposed budget includes up to two iterative revisions of the <br />screencheck Draft EIR; these revisions are assumed to be primarily <br />editorial and do not include revisions due to changes to the project <br />description, modeling, or technical analyses. <br />The budget for the Final EIR is an estimate only, based on approximately <br />72 hours for preparation of Response to Comments.
