<br />'//-/-07 <br /> <br />3-/5-0'1 <br /> <br />0: Pwf.}(;;l.) <br />(D.eifl!{1ol ilID) <br /> <br />t."." <br /> <br />A-2007-035 <br />pf3 A mer l'c-Q:) , :I( i C <br /> <br />AMENDMEN TO C~SULTANT <br />PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF <br /> <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDME , is made and entered into this 5th day of February, <br />2007, by and between ., a New York <br />corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State <br />of California (hereinafter "City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The City entered into an Agreement with Consultant on January 17, 2006, ("the <br />Agreement") to provide support services to complete the Santa Ana Transit <br />Master Plan. <br /> <br />B. City needs further support services to conduct the Metrolink extension studies <br />that will meet the various Federal transit agencies' guidelines in order to <br />complete Step One of the "Go Local Program" with the Orange County <br />Transportation Authority. <br /> <br />C. The parties hereto now desire to amend the Agreement in order for Consultant <br />to perform additional services for the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration ofthe mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. The "Scope of Services" term of the Agreement will be expanded and updated to <br />allow Consultant to conduct the City-Initiated Transit Extensions to the Metrolink <br />Studies as further set forth in Exhibit A-I attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. The "Compensation" term of the Agreement will be increased an additional One <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for a total contract price not to exceed Two <br />Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Dollars ($254,000.00). <br /> <br />3. The "Term" of the Agreement shall be extended through July I, 2008. <br /> <br />4. The above changes are the only changes to the Agreement, and all other terms and <br />conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged. <br />
