<br />100 <br />YEARS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />OCTA GO LOCAL PROGRAM - STEP 1 <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Task 1. <br /> <br />Project Administration and Management <br /> <br />The project management task will involve regular status meetings with staff from the City of Santa Ana, <br />and developing progress reports along with the invoices to be submitted by the 15th of each month for <br />review by the City. The progress reports will include specific accomplishments of each task, any <br />challenges encountered, and any adjustments that may be needed in the project schedule. Charges <br />shown on the invoice will be compared with the task budgets developed from an estimation of the hours <br />that it will take to complete each task, described in this scope of work. <br /> <br />In addition to the regular project status meetings, the PB Project Manager and key project staff will attend <br />two city council sessions, two City Council Transportation Subcommittee meetings, and up to four (4) <br />other meetings with city staff and/or project stakeholders. <br /> <br />PB will submit one electronic copy and one hard copy draft of each of the following study deliverables for <br />review (as part of the study tasks described later in this document): <br /> <br />. Technical memorandum summarizing the preliminary set of transit alternatives to be evaluated <br />under the Go Local Program criteria (Task 2). <br />. Data request memo to the City of Santa Ana (Task 3) <br />. Summary of data sources organized by evaluation criteria (Task 3) <br />. Technical memorandum documenting preliminary screening evaluation (Task 4) <br />. Alternatives evaluation matrix for final candidate alternatives (Task 4) <br />. Six Month Progress Report (Task 5) <br />. Final Report (Task 5) <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana will coordinate staff comments on the above draft deliverables and provide one <br />consolidated set of comments to PB within two weeks of receipt of the draft deliverable. PB will prepare <br />the final deliverables within two weeks after receipt of the comments. This work scope anticipates one <br />product review cycle. <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana will be responsible for preparation and submittal of the Project Concept form and <br />the Project Expenditures Certification to aCTA (Exhibits A and D of the aCTA Go Local Program <br />guidelines). <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />. Monthly progress reports and invoices (12 total). <br /> <br /> <br />.
