<br />."-2006-038-01 <br /> <br />. 3::.c_L;;<=o7. <br /> <br />, b/15/t1 7 <br /> <br />o.'~M" (.<) <br />(,e.~) <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on January 8, <br />2007, by and between Prestige Striping, a California corporation ("Consultant") and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2006-038 dated April 20, 2006, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided street and parking lot striping <br />services. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />increase compensation to pay for additional striping services. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by <br />$10,000.00 to be expended in the 2006-2007 fiscal year, as set forth in Exhibit A- I, <br />attached hereto. <br />2.
