Announced that the first meeting of the Early Prevention and <br />Intervention Commission would be held on March 28, 2007 at 5:30 <br />p.m. in the Police Community Room <br /> <br />Councilmember Sarmiento <br />. Noted that the event held at the Zoo last Saturday in celebration of its <br />55th Anniversary was a tremendous success <br />. Noted that the Cesar Chavez celebration scheduled for March 24, 2007 <br />would be tied to the literacy campaign <br />. Noted that the best defense in combating graffiti is a vigilant <br />neighborhood <br /> <br />Mavor Pulido <br />.
