NS-2420 - An ordinance of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana amending Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to <br />establish a new zoning district known as the Commercial South Main <br />Zoning District <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS-2421 - An ordinance of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana rezoning property generally located in the area between <br />Walnut Street and Warner Avenue along south Main Street from <br />Community Commercial (C-1) and General Commercial (C-2) to a new <br />zoning district referred to as Commercial South Main (C-SM) (AA No. 99- <br />08) <br />NOTE: Following the vote on the consent calendar, Dino Salvant, <br />representing El Polio Loco, asked Council to clarify the intent of SAMC <br />Section 41.521g with respect to drive through establishments.
