The One Stop delivery system is <br />a network of WIA mandated and optional partners which are responsible for <br />providing training and employment opportunities for adults, dislocated <br />workers and local youth. The City of Santa Ana WORK Center currently <br />operates the One-Stop center for the WIB. The WIA specifies that the WIA <br />funded Adult and Dislocated Worker programs must be provided through the <br />One Stop delivery system, and that partners must participate in the <br />operation of the system and the delivery of these services. <br /> <br />Through Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), a collaboration by all of the <br />One-Stop partners is created for a seamless system of service delivery. <br />The MOU must contain the provisions required by WIA which includes the <br />services to be provided through the One-Stop delivery system; the funding <br /> <br />25G-1 <br /> <br />
