Conley, <br />representative to the Youth Commission <br />The public hearing relative to parking of commercial vehicles on <br />residential property resumed at 6:23 p.m. <br />The following individuals spoke on the issue of reinstating previous <br />ordinance language pertaining to parking commercial vehicles on <br />residential property: Dave Lopez, Robert Henson, Otto Bade,John White, <br />Winston Covington, Bill Todd, Desi Reyes, and Evangeline Gawronski. Mr <br />Bade submitted a petition signed by residents or business owners <br />opposed to the ordinance . <br />The public hearing closed at 6:38 p.m. <br />Council debate ensued. Robyn Uptegraff, Executive Director, Planning <br />and Building Agency noted that the Council had previously remanded this <br />matter to the Planning Commission for the purpose of looking at all the <br />options related to commercial vehicle parking.
