The purpose of the Master Sign Program is os <br />follows: <br /> <br />a. The primary purpose of a master sign program <br />is to provide a mechanism by which the sign <br />regulations established in the SAMC can be modified <br />to ensure that signs for a uniquely plonned or <br />designed development are most appropriate for that <br />development or area. <br /> <br />b. A master sign program may include sign regulations <br />that are, at the same time, both more restrictive in <br />some respects and less restrictive in other respects <br />than the regulations established in the SAMe. Less <br />restrictive provisions in a master sign program may <br />also include signs that are otherwise prohibited by the <br />SAMe. <br /> <br /> <br />c.
