Place ordinance amended as follows on first reading and <br />authorize publication of title: <br />a. Reduce the allocation for the Chamber of Commerce in the <br />City Manager's Non -departmental budget by $100,000; new <br />total equals $150,000 <br />b. Increase the amount appropriated to the Santa Ana Stadium <br />Bleacher Renovation Project by $35,000; new total equals <br />$65,000 <br />c. Increase the authorized personnel allocation for the Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Agency by adding one <br />Recreation Leader position for Santiago Park and add $37,000 <br />to the Parks Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />appropriation <br />d. Increase funding for the Citywide Omnibus Concrete Program <br />by $28,000; new total equals $278,000 <br />ORDINANCE NO.
