Fourth Street, Santa Ana. <br /> <br />PUrpose: To convert two cxisting industrial buildings within the heavy industrial zone, <br />into a Home Improvement Warehouse. <br /> <br />According to the City of Santa Ana, the applicant of this variance (No. 2007-01) is HD <br />Supply, a division of Homc Depot, is planning to use 50-75 employees at this <br />location, servicing customers, contractors, delivery trucks etc. <br /> <br />Our cOncern is first of all that the existing parking is not adequate to handle all the <br />employee vehicles that this will Imng, ,not including contractors, customers, and all the <br />heavy trucks that will bring in, load, and 1ll1l0ad their cargo.
