Procurement of materials, supplies, labor, and equipment <br />between five hundred dollars ($500.00) and tell twenty five thousand dollars <br />($10,000.00 $25,000.00). <br /> <br />(a) For those agreements exceeding $500.00 but not exceeding <br />$5000.00, the city manager may bind the city on contracts for materials, <br />supplies, labor, and equipment in amounts not exceeding five thousand <br />dollars ($5000.00) in anyone contract or in the aggregate with anyone <br />vendor or service provider.
