Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement. <br /> <br />AGMT - With Jones and <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR) - <br />Stokes in an amount not to exceed $65,000, pending receipt of funding <br />from developers <br /> <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. ( <br />Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 07-100 - Recognizing $65,000 in <br />the 2006-2007 FY revenue account for environmental review fee for the <br />West End Lofts development appropriating $65,000 to the Planning and <br />Building Agency 2006-2007 FY budget allocation in the account for <br />contractual services for payment to Jones and Stokes. <br /> <br />25.B. FY 2006 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAMS <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />1.
