FINAL PARCEL MAP 99-110: 616 NORTH SANTIAGO STREET <br />Subdivision of 14.10 acres into 12 parcels for industrial development - <br />Public Works Agency <br />Motions: 1. Accept street dedication for Poinsettia Street, Sixth Street, <br />Wellington Avenue, and Civic Center Drive; <br />2. Accept the release and relinquishment of vehicular access rights <br />for the public street frontages except at approved vehicular <br />access locations; <br />3. Accept a public service easement within the proposed <br />abandoned area of Vance Street; <br />4. Abandon Vance Street and various street easements adjoining <br />Vance Street; and <br />S. Not accept irrevocable offers of dedication for the future <br />alignments of Civic Center Drive, Santiago Street, and the <br />widening of Santa Ana Boulevard at this time. <br />MISCELLANEOUS LAND USE <br />• :o- o00 0 <br />Recommended for approval by the Environmental and Transportation <br />Advisory Committee on November 9, 2000 by a 5-1 vote (Monkvic <br />opposed, Castillo abstained, and Freeman absent) <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition to the French Park <br />Neighborhood Traffic Plan: Gerry Bradfield, Maria Gutierrez Garcia, <br />Leo Sarinana, Peter Wernicke, Francisco Manzo, Gary Edwards, Rod <br />Bradfield, Sr, Samuel Romono, and David Behrens. Opponents of the <br />trial plan questioned the voting procedures, the expenditure of funds <br />for this purpose, and the effect of the plan on surrounding <br />neighborhoods.
