371 <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Presentation of written communication by Clerk of the Council Healy: <br />None <br />Al Scott addressed Council concerning a property he owned on <br />Broadway which had been designated as a historic building. Mr. Scott <br />stated that he did not want to be part of the historic designation process. <br />Councilmember Lutz reported that the designation could be removed and <br />asked staff to work with Mr. Scott relative to his concerns. <br />Motions: 1.
