MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS - SOUTH MINNIE <br />STREET <br />Public hearing to consider approval of the issuance by the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Santa Ana (the "Authority") of multifamily housing <br />revenue bonds (the 'Bonds") in a principal amount not to exceed eight <br />million three hundred thousand dollars ($8,300,000) to assist in the <br />permanent financing of the acquisition and rehabilitation of a 127-unit <br />multifamily rental housing development to be commonly known as <br />Cornerstone Village Apartments (the `Project'). The Project is to be <br />located at 805, 810, 815, 816, 825, 828, 835 and 904 South Minnie <br />Street <br />The owner of the Project is expected to be Civic Center Barrio Housing <br />Corporation and Avalon Communities, or a limited partnership or a <br />limited liability company to be formed by such entities.
