<br />Abandonment No. 06-06 <br />May 7, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Utility companies, other government agencies and City departments were <br />advised of the street vacation. Easements for the City's traffic signal <br />equipment as well as power, telephone, and gas lines will be reserved in <br />the resolution of vacation. The City's sewer and water lines will be <br />rerouted out of the vacation area. <br /> <br />The proposed resolution will declare the City's intent to abandon its <br />easement at this location. In addition, the resolution will set a <br />public hearing for June 4, 2007. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act the proposed <br />street vacation has been determined to be adequately evaluated in <br />previously prepared Environmental Impact Report ER No. 99-01. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />James G.
