The site is located in the Professional <br />(P) zoning district and has a corresponding General Plan land use <br />designation of Professional and Administrative Office (PAO) with a floor <br />area ratio of 1.0 (Exhibit 1). Surrounding land uses include government <br />buildings to the south and east, professional offices to the west and <br />residential uses to the north (Exhibit 2) . <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />Aladdin Bail Bonds proposes to occupy a 500-square foot tenant space on <br />the first floor of a newly constructed office building.
