The <br />primary purpose of this agreement was to streamline the funding <br />allocation process for projects funded through the Combined <br />Transportation Funding Program and the Bicycle and pedestrian Facilities <br />Program. The MFA also specifies the roles and responsibilities of the <br />City and aCTA. Amendment No. 12 is required to incorporate minor <br />adjustments in funding and project schedules made during the semi-annual <br />review conducted in September 2006. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />25J-1 <br />
