Mr. Ross <br /> reported that bids were opened on the project and the contract <br /> would be forwarded to the City Council in two weeks <br /> <br />Councilmember Christy <br />· Announced that she attended the IBC Celebration/Mexican Fiesta <br /> on Saturday, June 16, 2001 to celebrate the first private sector <br /> trade transaction by the International Business Center <br /> <br />Councilmember Alvarez <br />· Encouraged Councilmembers and City staff to continue efforts to <br /> promote the Santa Ana Zoo, Bowers Museum, and the Artists <br /> Village <br />· Noted that she attended the HOPE Computer Geniuses graduation, <br /> and announced that twelve students from Villa Junior High received <br /> a new computer <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem McGui,qan <br />· Asked the Council to adjourn in the memory of Warren C Johnson, <br /> father of Police Chaplain Warren Johnson.
