She further <br />noted that this distance represents more that a 50% variance from the <br />guideline and that she could not support approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit. Councilmember $olorio asked the Sprint representative if other <br />sites were evaluated. Councilmember Franklin suggested that future <br />Conditional Use Permits for this purpose include the requirement for <br />removal of obsolete equipment.
