Surrounding land <br />uses include the A.T. & S.F. railway to the northeast, commercial uses <br />to the east and industrial uses to the south and west (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />Project Description <br />The applicant is proposing a condominium map to create 48 for sale units <br />located within 11 existing industrial buildings.
