PUBLIC HEARING <br />Legal Notice published in the Orange County Register and mailed on <br />August 10, 2001 <br />Presentation of staff report by Planning Manager Charles View <br />Presentation of written communication by Clerk of the Council: None <br />There were no speakers; the public hearing was closed <br />Following presentation of the staff report, Council discussion ensued <br />Mayor Pro Tern McGuigan moved, seconded by Councilmember Christy <br />that this matter be continued 30 days to allow the Council time to confer <br />with staff further on this issue for additional information.
