The work to be done includes assisting <br />staff with project design and set-up, programming and technical database <br />support. <br />Several years ago staff solicited proposals for these services from <br />qualified firms. Redlands Software was selected based on their <br />qualifications, past experience and capacity to perform the required work <br />and an agreement was approved. Redlands has performed well and at this <br />time it is recommended that a new agreement with Redlands Software Inc. <br />be awarded for a not-to-exceed cost of $120,000. <br />FISCAL IP~ACT <br />The proposed agreement will have a limit of $120,000. Funds to pay for <br />these services are available and budgeted in the Public Works <br />Administration account for contractual services (account no. 101-601-6291). <br />Jam s G.
