<br />II <br /> <br />Agreement No. D02-104 <br /> <br />1 SECTION 2. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />CITY shall: <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />(a) Identify, in writing, the designated CITY National Pollutant Discharge <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Elimination System (NPOES) Permit and Authorized Inspector representatives that will <br /> <br />be responsible for water pollution incident response, clean-up and/or enforcement <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />activities when DISTRICT involvement is not requested, approved or available. The <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />designations shall include r~presentative names, titles, departments and <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />business/after hours phone numbers; <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />(b) Designate in writing those CITY representatives authorized to submit service <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />requests to DISTRICT on behalf of CITY. Any request from CITY Police and Fire <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />Departments shall represent CITY approval. The designations shall include <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />representative names, titles, departments and business/after hours phone numbers; <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />(c) Meet periodically with DISTRICT to discuss the services being provided, review <br /> <br />individual cases, and ensure DISTRICT enforcement activities are consistent with CITY <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE and accompanying Enforcement Consistency Guide; <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />(d) Provide in writing any requests for incident reports or related documents <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />prepared in connection with DISTRICT'S performance under this AGREEMENT (Section 1 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />(c) i)); <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />(e) Provide information in writing regarding any standing purchase order agreements <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />issued by CITY for employment by DISTRICT of outside consultants and contractors <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />(Section 1 (cl ii)). Information provided should include contractor/consultant <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />contact information, purchase order number and services provided.; <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />(f.)
