C-2-0148 <br />BETWEEN <br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />AND <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />FOR SENIOR MOBILITY PROGRAM <br />~ <br />THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is made and entered into this ~ day of ~ <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br />6 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />9 2007 by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority ("AUTHORITY"), and the City of <br />10 Santa Ana ("CITY"). <br />11 WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />12 WHEREAS, by Agreement No. C-2-0148 dated April 4,2002, AUTHORITY and CITY entered <br /> <br />13 into a cooperative agreement to participate in a senior mobility program for senior transportation; and <br /> <br />14 WHEREAS, AUTHORITY desires and CITY agrees to exercise the option to extend the tenn of <br />15 the Agreement and to continue funding as specified in Exhibit B, entitled "Projected Funding Levels" as <br />16 set forth in the Agreement; <br /> <br />17 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that <br />18 Agreement No. C-2-0148 is hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Amend ARTICLE 4. TERM OF AGREEMENT, Page 4 of 6, line 8, to delete "June 2007" <br /> <br />20 in its entirety and in lieu thereof insert "June 30, 2011." <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />2.
