Box 1988 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br /> <br />Subject: Renewal of Water Quality Ordinance Implementation Agreement - 002-104 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Parco, <br /> <br />On April 14, 2003, Water Quality Ordinance Implementation Agreement No. 002-104 was executed between <br />your city and the Orange County Flood Control District (District). This agreement authorizes the District, <br />upon request, to provide NPDES authorized inspector services under the city's ordinance and establishes a <br />mechanism for payment. Section 3(a) of the agreement specifies that it is valid for two years from the date <br />executed, renewable for an additional three years upon mutual agreement memorialized in writing. <br /> <br />In a letter dated December 16, 2004, this Department provided notification that the Agreement will be expiring <br />April 14, 2005. Thank you for your recent response for the renewal of the agreement. Attached to this letter, <br />you will find two identicai copies of an amendment to Agreement No. 002-104 signed by County Counsel. <br />The amendment execution date is set on April 14, 2005 to provide continuity of the original agreement. <br />Please return both copies, with original signatures as soon as possible to: <br /> <br />County of Orange, Resources & Deveiopment Management Department <br />Attn: Duc Nguyen <br />1750 S.
