Opacic, Ed.D., Executive Director of the Orange County High <br />School of the Arts. Highlights of Dr. Opacic presentation follow: <br />• In its 15t' Anniversary Season, the school has been reborn with its <br />move to Santa Ana and is becoming a significant entity in Orange <br />County. <br />• The school's program is founded on: <br />• College Preparatory Academics to provide a well-rounded <br />education <br />• Pre -professional comprehensive instruction <br />• Integration of technology in both arts and academics for a <br />technologically literate student population <br />• Pre -professional comprehensive instruction includes the use of artist - <br />teachers, guest artist/master teachers, professional arts partnerships, <br />college/university partnerships and professional performance/exhibition <br />opportunities as part of a integrated arts experience <br />• Review of the academic credentials including WASC Accreditation, <br />U.C.
