INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORKWYPROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />/az- 3/- o7 <br />CLERKOFCOUNCIL <br />WE 6 - -- 0 7 <br />(o): PROS C2%�C•Thmnpg�n:� <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />A-2005-146-01 <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is made <br />and entered into this I" day of May, 2007 by and between the Congressional District <br />Programs, for the Benefit of, the Academy of International Dance (formerly National <br />Heritage Foundation fbo Academy of International Dance), a Non -Profit Foundation <br />("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. City and Consultant entered into Agreement A-2005-146, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has provided dance instruction for <br />City's leisure class program. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish <br />to extend the term for an additional one-year period and to increase the <br />compensation to pay for services during the extended term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants contained in said <br />Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those <br />amended in this Second Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation <br />by $15,000.00 to pay for services during the 2007-2008 fiscal year. <br />2. Section 3., TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date from June <br />30, 2007 to June 30, 2008. <br />Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />
