RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2006-038 dated Apri120, 2006, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided pavement striping services. B. In accordance with the teens and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to increase compensation to pay for additional services. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Agreement to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to include pavement striping services at Kidseum as set forth in Exhibit A-1, attached to this Amendment. 2. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $5,000 for a total amount not to exceed $15,000 during the 2006-2007 fiscal year. 3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
