<br />51. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT <br />This Lease sets forth the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the leasing of the <br />Premises and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and representations, oral or written, <br />express or implied, since the parties intend that this be an integrated agreement. No addition to, or <br />modification of, any term or provision of this Lease shall be effective until and unless such addition <br />or modification is set forth in a written instrument signed by both Lessor and Lessee.
