EQUIPMENT <br />16.1 All items purchased with funds provided under this Agreement or <br />which are furnished to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY which have a single unit cost of <br />at least five thousand dollars ($5,OOO.OD), including sales tax, shall be <br />considered Capital Equipment. Title to all items of Capital Equipment <br />purchased vests and will remain in COUNTY as such shall be designated by <br />ADMINISTRATOR. The use of such items of Capital Equipment is limited to the <br />performance of this Agreement. Upon the termination of this Agreement, <br />CONTRACTOR shall immediately return any items of Capital Equipment to COUNTY <br />or its representatives. or dispose of them in accordance with the directions <br />of ADMINISTRATOR. <br />CONTRACTOR further agrees to the following: <br />16.1.1 To maintain all items of Capital Equipment in good working <br />order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted. <br />16.1.2 To label all items of Capital Equipment, do periodic <br />inventories as required by ADMINISTRATOR and to maintain an inventory list <br />showing where and how the Capital Equipment is being used, in accordance with <br />procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR. All such lists shall be submitted to <br />ADMINISTRATOR within ten (10) days of any request therefor. <br />16.1.3 To report in writing to ADMINISTRATOR immediately after <br />discovery, the loss or theft of any items of Capital Equipment. For stolen <br />items, the local law enforcement agency must be contacted and a copy of the <br />police report submitted to ADMINISTRATOR. <br />/// <br />(WBC0607) <br />23 of 40 <br />(April 9, 2007) <br />
